Barbecue chicken drumsticks by Cathie

Ingredients (for four)


2 chicken drumsticks per person

Marinade:  1.5 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar

          4 tablespoons tomato ketchup

                  2 tablespoons runny honey

                  0.5 tablespoon mustard

                  0.5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

                  0.5 tablespoon vegetable/olive oil




Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl and add the chicken. Mix to ensure each piece of chicken is covered, and leave for several hours or as long as you have time for. Put in a roasting tin and cook in the oven for ~ 30 minutes.


Serve with rice and a tomato salad.
