Bunnahabhainn
This is sold in the Sailing Directions as a convenient place to wait for the tide south through the Sound of Islay, or as a pause in a journey north. Whatever, there is no point in blowing up the dinghy because there is nothing to see ashore other than the rather ugly late 19th century distillery and some even uglier houses, mostly rendered grey (01496 840 646).
