Eriskay savoury lamb mince by David

Ingredients (for four)


500g lamb mince

2 medium onions

4 carrots

4 handful mushrooms

Half red pepper

Dessert spoon Thai green curry paste

Tablespoon tomato puree

Teaspoon mixed herbs

About 200 ml (20 tablespoons) sour cream




Finely chop the onions and fry in olive oil until transparent. Add the mince and fry until brown. Finely chop the remaining vegetables and add, along with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes, checking for taste and consistency.


Serve with potatoes, noodles or pasta.
