This is not a boatie subculture here, but diving subculture. The Puffin Dive Centre dominates the bay so if you want to hire diving kit, be taught how to dive, go diving from one of their boats, buy stuff from their dive shop, or top up your own cylinders, this is your place. More usefully they would also retrieve a stuck anchor, for a fee. In truth it is a pretty dull spot and I don't see much point in anchoring here.
