Port nan Urrachann

Now here is a little hidey hole on Scarba, not in the Sailing Directions, but good for a lunch stop or waiting for the tide at the Corryvreckan, but not so good for swell. Ashore walk 215° and you will find two satisfactory caves to crouch in or in which to light a fire, with bones. But when the bracken is fully grown they might be trickier to find than in late May when the place is awash with bluebells and primroses, and a cuckoo calls.
