Now here is a little hidey hole on Scarba, but not in the sailing directions, good for a lunch stop or waiting for the tide at the Corryvreckan, but not so good for swell. Ashore walk 215 degrees and you will find two satisfactory caves to crouch in or in which to light a fire, with bones, but when the bracken is fully grown they might be trickier to find than in late May when the place is awash with blue bells and primroses, and a cuckoo calls.
