South and east Mull

The south coast of Mull is exposed to the prevailing wind and there are not that many safe anchorages. Once round the corner however, the east coast has one of the safest anchorages in Scotland - Loch Spelve - but hardly any others. So you see the coast mostly from the sea rather than from the land.
