The south coast of Mull is exposed to the prevailing wind and there are rather few completely safe anchorages which are easy to enter. However, once round the southeast corner, you will find one of the best anchorages in Scotland — Loch Spelve. So, unusually for Argyll, you the boatie will see less of this coast from the sea than you would by exploring on the land.
