This ought to be a nice anchorage but you can hear the traffic on the 'main' road above, and presumably you can even be the object of interest from the public hide on the shore when the wildlife spotters tire of otters, herons and seals. So no sex on the foredeck please, nor even in the cockpit — these people have serious binoculars, even telscopes. It is actually well worth going ashore by the hide, which is a very well-built and attractive structure, and then taking a stroll along the well-signed and made path to the southeast, about 15 minutes, through very pretty regenerating woodland
